2008 Kota Kinabalu Floorball Competition

When?: 24th February 2008

Clock?: 1300-1600 hrs

Where?: SM All Saints School Hall

$$$$?: RM 38 per team

Who's in? Anyone dying to pitch their skills against the 'big boys'. As long as you're human and above 13 years old.

Geng karas?

• each team minimum 5 field players and no goalie; to a max of 10 field players and 2 goalies
• each player can only be registered with one team only. No 'dual citizenship'.

Play ball time?

• each team allowed a min of 4 field players and no goalie in court; or a max of 5 field players and 1 goalie in court.
• 1 neutral goalie provided for teams with no registered goalie.
• each match played in 1 period of not longer than 10 minutes.
• teams must report 10 minutes before scheduled time of match.
• in the event of a draw, 3 penalties would be taken from the centre of the court.

All blacks or rainbows?

• anything but must wear own jersey/team color during the match. No lone ranger.
• proper attire please, no 'kaki ayam'.

The Jury?

• referee's final word is final. No 'buts'.
• each team must nominate a team captain to handle team affairs.
• any unsporting behaviour would result in disqualification.

$$$$?

• complete each entry form and submit RM 38 per team as entry fee by 16/2/08.
• fees paid are non refundable unless the even has been cancelled by the organizers.

Last words by the organizers: Participation is at your own risk. We won't bear any responsibility for any injuries or loss of belongings sustained during this event or activities related to this event. We have the right to any decision made through the competition and no damages shall be claimed from the organizers.

PS: for competitors below 18 years of age, a parent's/guardian's signature is required before they can participate.
